Get Involved with an Advisory Board Today

To get involved with an advisory board, you should do the following:

  1.  Look over the participating school districts that host advisory boards.

  2.  Call the district contact either where you live or where you work.

  3.  If there isn't a board established in that district, contact Lisa Strahs-Lorenc at 631-843-4018.  

One of her jobs is to present to administrators and PTA's about creating an advisory board in a school district that doesn't have one.
